Cancellation of Rental Agreement:
In the event TENANT in writing cancels the lease agreement more than
sixty (60) days prior to the beginning date of the lease term, LANDLORD
shall be entitled to keep the security deposit paid and shall refund all
other monies paid by TENANT. In the event TENANT in writing cancels the
lease agreement sixty (60) days or less prior to the beginning date of
the lease term, the LANDLORD shall be entitled to retain all lease rent
less the cleaning fee paid and security deposit. In the event the
LANDLORD is able to relet the premises for any part of the lease term
then the amount earned by LANDLORD from reletting minus leasing costs,
commissions and the security deposit shall be refunded to the TENANT. A
notice of lease cancellation must be in writing, signed by all tenants,
and will be valid as of the date received by the LANDLORD either by fax
or U.S. mail. |
